Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is predicated on a constructivist approach to pedagogy. A trained schoolteacher before joining academia, I am attuned to the value of student-oriented knowledge construction. My teaching approach is therefore aimed at enabling students to build and apply knowledge through active engagement with ongoing intellectual debates and resourceful data collection.
